Halo HD Remake

Who else is excited for this? I loved Halo 1, and this has a good chance of coming to PC as well as Xbox.

I heard mention during E3 that it wasn't going to be the full price of a new game release, so I may end up grabbing it to complete my collection lol i never actually bought CE

I never actually played it either lol. I read the novel though, which sufficed for now. I mainly got hooked on the second one with it's multiplayer.

the guy from 343 studios that presented the remake did an interview with gametrailers tv afterwards and said that is wont be a full price game, something like $40 or something like that

They said that it will have the close to the same gameplay style as Reach but with Halo 1s maps and single player. Which is okay with me as long as armor abilities stay the hell away from multiplayer.

I won't lie, I loved CE but I doubt $40 for Reach's multiplayer and an HD Singplayer is worth it.

Yeah but they did make Halo 1&2 for the pc so there is hope.
The multiplayer should be fun as long as it stays true to the original & doesn't add all of the other garbage from Halo 3 & Reach,they could add Firefight though & I wouldn't mind. Hopefully they eventually do the same thing for Halo2 since the MP servers got shut down last year.
