It's made by Gigabyte. It plugs into a SATA connector. Here's one place.. You have to buy the card and fill it with 4 Gig of RAM

Right now USB throughput is too slow to support a fast boot or so I've read. Why not just clone a drive image so you can just copy the cloned image to the USB device?
