VP is requesting a new spray for CS:S.

I need a new spray, if anyone could do it please. I want it to be a collaboration of a tenor saxophone and musical notes. I'd prefer if the tenor was gold and the background was a little... Jazzy. Like maybe purple or a calm color like that. And I also want it to be sorta cartoony, not real life looking. Thanks to whoever can make me this, and please do. =)
