Sorry, these are fake.

Most common batteries are built like the diagram above. As you can see, a bigger battery is not simply a lot of little batteries. Note that some larger batteries are made with individual battery cells but they aren't exactly usable in anything.

If you want a good laugh, look up the car battery one.

Edit: Ripping up batteries is also not the best of ideas...

is there a diagram of the 9v to 32AA batteries?

unless he gutted the 9v and filled it with unlabled AAs i dont see how the video is misleading?

Edit: While this isn't for 9V batteries the information still applies. Like it says in there, the 9V battery *does* contain individual cells. I highly doubt they will work nearly as well as retail AAs.
