Vent Trouble

Im having trouble with my vent i cant seem to log into our IP. I have switch over to our new IP. If some one could let me step by step on how to switch IPs so ii know i did it right that would be great.....

Ventrilo is having some troubles at the moment. It has been on and off for the past few days. Please be patient while leadership fixes the issue.
