hey guys I dont know too much about computers but when i try to play dods, I lag freakin hardcore my pings more bad than corps.(lol), and after 30 plus seconds I get disconnected from the server and get this msg "Disconnected: Buffer overflow in net message" I have no clue the heck that means, but it only does when i play dods. TF2 and CSS run fine. I checked steampowered.com support and it had said somthing about routers or sumthin, dont know what that means. so anyone that can give some good advice shoot me a reply...thx again

This is *usually* a router problem. The solution is generally to update its firmware. Do you have a router?
If so, brand and model please.
Also, unplug your computer from your router and plug it directly into your modem. That should either temporarily fix the problem or at least let you stay connected for a significantly longer period of time. Please post whether that does anything or you continue with the same issue.
