Dude, my sister woke me up early when she heard this. Worst morning since MJ died.
 
And that's why drinking & driving don't mix. He should have called a cab instead of trying to drive himself home. It's a sad day for the Jackass crew for sure :(

Whever a celebrity dies I try to avoid mentioning their TV show, music, etc. He seemed to be an awesome dude, and no one deserves to be remembered simply for their job. Not saying u mean any disrespect, just saying.

I only said it like that because I knew they were all really good friends, I meant no disrespect. It's human nature to associate a famous persons death with what they are famous for.

not to get into a flame war but you can't blame it on the passenger. its sad to see this guy go, he is a funny guy, not to be totally mean but since he was drinking and driving (and probably done it tons of times before) i can't say i feel too bad.

but he was my favorite guy on jackass.
 
I though of him as one of the people with most common sense in Jackass, I find it funny. But man, that guy was my favorite in the shows.

Im pretty sure its confirmed. Knoxvilled tweeted about his death. MTV has a huge picture up and everything. Theres a police report out there as well that I've seen.

I don't really feel like mourning a drunk driver that was speeding, known for crude and self-injuring stunts, and killed his passenger with reckless actions today.

Hmm. I respect those who earn it. I think having known someone who got killed by a drunk driver gives me a bit more of a viewpoint into it.

What's funny is all the people on Facebook defending this man, saying that accidents happen and that everyone's driven while a little drunk.

Erm, no. That's not the way it works. He died and killed another human being, not just drunk driving, but drunk driving over 100 miles per hour.

He was reckless, he was stupid, he put other people in danger, killed another person, and he gains NO respect from me. Partying, drinking, driving, above the law, vehicular homicide.

Friends don't let jackasses drink and drive.
