We use it for the poker game in arcade and you can buy your own events whenever they let that back... and more!

Go into the Casino (found at the left sidebar) then click on Transfer Cash at the top right.
Casino Cash is used mainly for contests and bounties however I use it a lot for slave labor (I guess it's paid labor, but you can satisfy my ego right?) So if you ever need someone to cook you breakfast but you can't get up, just throw em 5000 casino cash.
