CSS voice problem.

In game I can hear everything besides voices. How come? should I just reinstall it, this only happens on CS:S as well.

Umm, try deleting your Cstrike folder and then joining a server. It seems like what Kami said should have fixed it D:

Check your audio options and see what your "Voice Receive" volume bar thing is at. If it's all the way up then you should be able to hear them with no problem. If it doesn't work, then I would suggest reinstalling CS:S. Just backup all of your maps and skins/models first so you don't have to re-download them all.

i would mess with your Voice settings in Counter Strike and also in Steam. in game if you do Shift+Tab to open the steam overlay there is a settings in there and a voice tab. i would play around with those until it works

Actually reinstallation might not work since Steam Cloud stores all your settings!

Yeah, Check your receive and like I said before delete your cstrike/rename it.

Re-install probably wont do anything, just check your voice settings from the game menu.

weird, for like half an hour every time I enabled the voice receive it reset it self, got it to work a few minutes ago.
