Problem connecting to servers

I have been having problems connecting to servers in the last week or so. When I look at the servers list, all the servers are grayed out and cant be selected. Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

I'm assuming you have a retail version of BC2. As such, you have to update it before you will be able to connect to servers. Go into the main directory, and run the bfbc2updater.exe and patch your game. If you dont have a retail version or this doesn't work, post here again. Good luck!

If it isn't that problem, which plenty of people are having at the moment (or were having at least) then it's probably something on your end network wise and/or something wrong with your PunkBuster service. As to what exactly the problem could be, there's a whole list of things that could potentially be "wrong."

Also, if you have something like "EA Servers" checked in the filter options, all of our servers will be greyed out. It's a simple thing to overlook and once caused me a bit of unnecessary headache in the past.
