If you would like to be part of the *revamped* Pathfinders, please read the following:
Roll and Structure:
Instead of focusing on filling servers, we will instead focus on recruitment. This will be done by joining Ventrilo, finding another Pathfinder, and joining a server to recruit. VALVe maps will be the primary focus, followed by Egypt. As you can see the Pathfinders group will be less structured.
Leadership:
Storm7117 and vudu will play an active role in helping members become comfortable with recruitment. We will also identify key members and focus their training skills so that they may help other Pathfinders become better at recruiting. (Think of this as a recruiter trainer).
What we need:
We're looking for some members who'd be willing to spend 30-45 minutes a few afternoons each week to help recruit. This is not a huge commitment, but rather just requires you to take a little time out of your actual playing schedule and put it to use to actively recruit.
We are looking for dedicated members who come show up week after week and help. If this sounds like you, fill out this form:

A. Anyone who wants to help can dedicate the low amount of time listed above (e, eG, eGO)
2. When will the Pathfinders stop taking new people?
A. We will leave the form above open until Thursday the 30th. After that we will periodically open up for new members as needed.
3. Do I have to be in the TF2 division?
A. No, as long as you play TF2 enough to fulfill the above time requirements.
