Yeah, Rogers cable is quite decent for cost vs. performance.

All should test against Seattle, WA -or- Dallas, TX. That will give you more accurate numbers. (notice that I am testing to Dallas, TX from Tallahassee, FL....~500 miles away.)

Speeds that fast wouldn't surprise me in country's foreign to the US. We have no ISP competition nationwide in the US, their is no innovation because there is no competition, so there is no need to increase the speeds, and there is EVERY reason to raise the prices.
