July Recruiting Competition
This month TF2, it's time to recruit.
The goal we should hit this month? 75.
The goal I think we should go for? 100+.
We should get over 75 this month, no doubt about it, but we are easily capable of over 100. Back in December, we recruited 16 members in a day. So, if two people can get 16 members in a day, how many can a division get in a month? Especially when the game is free, and we have plenty of new faces to bring in.
Now, I've heard that a certain TF2 leadership member, whose name will remain unknown, may eat a Mysterious Unusually-Special Type Of Recruiting Endowed Orderve if TF2 gets a certain amount of recruits past our goal. A little bit later this week, we will be revealing a little game we've made up to help you figure out which of our members of leadership will eat this treat.
The Game:
Getting a recruit fully signed up into the TF2 division: 2 points.
Getting a recruit to go to an eGO TF2 event: 1 point.
(We can check this one, just leave a note if you want under the name)
Points can be spent as such as of July 10th:
5 point hints (private): #s 1-10. Small hints about who it is or who it isn't. 6 points to relase publicly.
10 point hints (private): #s 1-5. Medium hints about the person. 11 points to release publicly.
25 point hints (public): #s 1-3. These hints are absolutely huge. They are released in order, so when you unlock one you unlock #1 first. When #1 is released we will decide a date to let you guys guess who it is. To give you a hint, #3 is the final answer!
Additionally, I will occasionally put up recruiting questions and the first three people to get an answer will get a point or two. Since I will be in this competition, but I already know the answer, I will give random bonuses out from my points.
We will have winners in points earned, and winners in guessing the Leadership member first. There will be a 1st prize and a Runner-Up prize on guessing.
REMEMBER: Only TF2 division recruits from July 1st, 2011 and onward count towards this competition.

Now for the meaty part.
IF we get a grand total of 75 recruits for the month, we hit our goal, but didn't exceed it.
IF we get a grand total of 100 recruits for the month, the hidden leadership member will eat the mustoreo AND we will have our own special event.
Thursday the 14th of July, 2011, at 4 PM EST, we will be having a euro recruiting drive on the servers. We are planning to have four this month and keep it this way from now on, anyone can come in and join, but we ask that you are in ventrilo and that you are either trying to learn how to recruit or are actively recruiting. Thanks!
