What?s your prize? If 20,000 people can earn the Stream Crosser achievement (Survive a campaign of Cold Stream on any difficulty) by the end of day this Sunday, we will give all Steam players a reward - On July 22nd we will release Dead Air from the upcoming Cold Stream DLC early.

Ok, not a GREAT prize, but Dead Air was a fun L4D1 map - would love to see it in L4D2 early :)

Oh, and L4D2 is on sale for 4.99 till noon tomorrow if you don't already have it.
 
Coldfront? You must mean Cold Stream. Playin' some TF2 recently eh Ducttape? ;)
 
Well it still has a lot of work, but the new campaign in coming along pretty nicely.

A good pace for the levels. Just need some unique audio dialogue. I had no idea part 4 was the finale so I was getting upset trying to open the safehouse door, then I just randomly hit the radio. To my surprise Nick said "Hello" and after 10 seconds more of complete silence the finale music fired up and off we went. I literally thought "What just happened?"

I wish they would make this something the xbox community could contribute too also. My processor is on the slower side for running this game so many parts of the campaign were very choppy and laggy.

After I played through it I checked my xbox version to see if I could play through it there too. I could not, but I did find a sweet mutation. You are the only survivor and the only enemies you run into are special infected. If one gets you he will knock you down to 5 health then let you go. The next one that gets you kills you unless you medkit up. It was a fun challenge!
 
Hey guys, I will be joining yall later tonight, but I just got my c2q cpu in the mail & am gonna work on installin this bad boy (not to mention gonna work on tryin 2 oc it).
 
So still play it, but this goal was unlocked 4 hours after it was announced (lol).

From what I saw (Source is Kotaku) the re-release of Dead Air comes out July 22nd. They are still ironing out bugs.

saw that as well. Quite odd since it seemed to finish within minutes of Steam booting up. Must've been d/ling from the background shadows while I wasn't looking. Well played, Steam.....well played.....
