New Achievement: "Beat the Heat"

[KoopaParaTroopa]

So looks like the most recent update has given DOD:S a new achievement to get.

it's not very hard to get ..but it's called "BEAT THE HEAT" (Win a round on Colmar and Kalt winter themed maps).

Not very imaginative, but it is nice to see DOD get something new added to it....

Can you guys think of any new achievements they could add for DODS?? What are your thoughts on this little addition by valve?

[Silent Ghost]

oo thats nice. I hope we keep getting new stuff!

[tomi87]

all ready got it

[Ravage]

Wait something was added to Day of Defeat: Source? OH...MY...GOD! VALVE HAS GONE COMPLETELY MENTAL! They usually only damage the game when they update things and now you're saying they added something that WORKS? I'm going to my bunker and wait the apocalypse out.

[Smilodon]

At least Valve hasn't completely forgotten about us.

I think a good achievement would be to kill someone with a smoke grenade.

[YoSpankDawg]

I've got one for ya:

DEDICATION: Still playing DoD:S

[Bad Brain]

I've got one for ya:

DEDICATION: Still playing DoD:S

lol, at first i thought it was gonna be something like that.
this achievment is really odd though, why add 1 achievment like that in now

[Silent Ghost]

For the sale tomorrow i guess

[Netsky]

woot got it

[Dbad]

Well now that doesn't seem very hard you would think that valve could come up with something a lot harder for us good ole DOD:S freaks!

[dv8]

One acheivement I'll probably never get :facewall:

[Dutchoper72]

valve is very dumb. War Hero....Get all the Achievements.....oh look you have that but now there is a new one.....................................

[KoopaParaTroopa]

ya I was wondering that... Does War Hero turn off again until you get the new one?? Or is it just not touched??

[Silent Ghost]

you still have war hero

[KoopaParaTroopa]

haha... I guess they will have to make a new one for achieving "ALL" the new achievements..

[toastado]

Yes it is, the smoke grenade gives damage when it hits someone. I have seen It happen.

[KoopaParaTroopa]

Well already got the newest achievement as of today.. Not too imaginative on Valve's part..

[Erich]
