Logo Need!

Would someone create me a Logo with this text:
"The Power of Pain; Still Classy"
on it, also having the Spy from tf2 wearing the Top Hat or other classy hat, and then the Heavy or something in the Fidora? I'd like to have the heavy shooting his chaingun and the spy with his knife out if Possible! Thanks guys!

Yes those type of logos. It's for a Side Project called POWoP. I don't care what Images are used, but to sweeten the deal, I can throw in my minute amount of 37,767 CC

K i have a few questions before i maybe make it (Time).

1: Can you tell me what "The Power of Pain; Still Classy" is? Is it a mod?
2: What kind of collors do you want in the logo.
3: I need a clear example od the things you want in the logo.

A logo is made by the "face" of the company/project/etc. If it doesn't fit with the kind of thing that u do or make. Then the logo is a failure. So that's why i need those examples.

It's really hard to make something by just saying: Need, This and this (Not clearly told), that and i want it ASAP.
