MOTD Backpack on my dedicated trade server?

Ok the first thing that I am trying to do is install the MOTD backpack plugin to my server, but I don't know where it goes. I got rtd mod to work, but can't get this to go. Here is the link: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=1427726

Also I have another problem, i asked my friend to join my server and he said it is not responding, any ideas?

are your ports forwarded?

This is the most common problem, if you give him your internal ip (192.168.[something]) it will never work.

Your routers homepage should tell you how to do that.

I got that to work, but i don't know how to get to get motd backpack to work
