problems again..

Ill be quick: I turned off my computer for about an hour... when I turned it back on it wouldn't boot, post. It basically flickers, some flickers longer than others.. I also hear a clicking sound from the cpu area... I did some google research and it could just be my psu dying and not delivering enough power.. this actually occurred alot with my current system but about after 3my flickers it would boot, oh and sometimes I would hold down the inboard "GO" button (asus rampage III formula board)... any thoughts would be appreciated...

P.s I tried removing hardware for minimal power to boot, still nothing but the clicking and flickering

Make sure all your RAM is in the slots all the way. It is possible that you may have a bad stick of RAM. I would check that if I were you.

if he had bad ram he would hear a beeping sound.. but u never know.. i think its more on the lines of a psu... same thing happened to my brother. later found out how to fix really. on his end, since he had dual gpu, he just went single and fix it for some time untill he got a new 1.
