Ever have somthing stupid happen to you?

A few days ago i was palying with a guest in the =(eGO)= server. This guy was not very good, like me, (cough) Anyway I had been an assault and i was crouched behind this guest who was behind a wall of sandbags. We were pinned down by an MG. The guest was screaming, "NADE I NEED A NADE!" So being my kind hearted team player like...(cough cough)... I pulled a frag out and cooked it. I told the guy in front of me, "I got a nade!" As soon as i chucked the frag the dude stood up! The frag bounced off his head and blew both of us up. We were laughing so hard, it was really ironic.
 
when i attempted the Leap of faith from the yellow apartments in Avalanche to stop at cap at 15 HP
 
lol Frost that's not stupid, at least you saved a cap!

Well for me...Think....Long history of DOD, got a list of stupid things, where should I start?

Hmm...Rifle Grenades, gotta love those. Shoot at ground to throw it manually when it gone WRONG:

-POP-
-Butterfingers, slipped-
me:" Where did it go? Hmm..."
-Does 360 Spin Still can't find it-
me:"uh oh" Look at map, finds it right under me.
-Decisive moment: 1: Pick up and waste it, 2: RUN!!-
-Choose option 1:
-BOOM "PWNED, ow my arm."
11 months of rifle history, still encountering this problem.

Well, another thing i don't find it stupid, just ironic. Some guy try to knife you/punch you from the behind, you act faster and countered their attack and meleed them instead.... LOL
 
ah but i died from that leap of faith and the cap was not blocked. hmm i had a stupid mistake today in ava :D I threw a nade towards the second flag, it ricochetted off the wall and i ran up to the fountain and just as i was bout to complete the cap it exploded and i was the onyl one that died :'(
 
This happens to me just about....more times than I like to admit.

*tosses uncooked nade into house, flag area, pretty much any semi-enclosed space*
*shoots some fool who pokes his head out*
*suddenly forgets that I tossed a nade in there three seconds ago*
*runs in, guns blazing*
*BOOM*
~respawn~
me: ouchies
me: well that was pretty stupid
*random guy runs into house in front of me*
me: hey look a nazi!
*tosses uncooked nade in*

You can guess what happens next...
 
I feel your pain Amaran, cept add on top of the rifle nade issues my l33t skillz with the rocket class :D
 
you know how you can hold on to smoke nades a long while before you drop. then when you do they start smoking imediatley. Well i tried to deliver one where i thought it needed to be by priming it early and running it.. till Boom. i realized it was my frag :)
 
Haha, I recognise about every thing you guys say.. I've had so many stupid moments in dod.. The most frustrating however is that everytime I lose my patience and stop sitting in a covered spot next to a place I know more then two enemies are and start moving.. exactly on that moment they all come skipping through and kill me.. and it happens every single flamin' time!! especially with an mg.. you move you die, you don't move, you'll get naded >.<
Gotta love dod xD

I wish it was once upon a time. I start cooking off a nade and find myself pinned by fire or team mates evading fire. I wonder why I have 17 "suicides". I am just happy FF is turned off.
 
Gotta love it when your shooting rockets and friendlys decide to hop in the way to cause your suicide, that and on avalanche when you get pushed up allies ladder and fall off the bridge.

LOL. i think everyone still does this. still cracks me up everytime i see it.

the stupidest thing i ever witnessed didnt happen to me, but it was pretty funny. two undeployed machine gunners from opposite teams run into each other in tank back alley in donner. Now, they're maybe 10 steps away from each other and both try to hit each other with undeployed machine guns, instead of whipping out pistols. needless to say, they both fail horribly to hit anything and look like a pair of fish flopping around because of the mg recoil. finally some random guy comes in and kills one of the mgs.
 
stupidest thing is when you're shooting up someone's face with an stg44 and they still kill you with a thompson
 
i was playing soccer tonight, and was messing around with the ball. i was trying this move, and stepped on the ball, and fell. and then i looked up, because i hear laughing coming from the girl i have a crush on.....T_T

kinda off topic, but is it though? it was pretty stupid
 
When I walked into a glass window at the mall and thought it was an open door. Good times.
