HIS 6950 free Dirt 3 question?!

Ok so I recently bought myself new parts for my rig. One of the parts was an HIS Iceq X Turbo HD6950 2GB "Dirt 3 Edition." Just states you get a free copy of Dirt 3.
In the reviews multiple people stated they didn't receive their coupon which had the code to receive their free copy. I didn't really care if I got it or not, but I was curious if I'd be yet another who didn't.

I opened up the box to my new card and I found two coupons with two codes. Mistake? Would both be usable? Anyone know? If they are I may have a drawing or give it to a DL for one of their events or something.

FYI: They both have different "Unique Couon Code:" but the same part # on the bottom right. Sooo I don't know..

Well as long as both coupons have unique keys on them, then you're good to go. Besides, it may have been a mistake, but I would say take advantage of the mistake by giving away a copy. Also I would highly suggest you d/l a demo of Dirt3 before you actually you 1 of the coupons on your own machine. You dont wanna use it when you dont even like the game (if that happens to be the case). However, I will say that ive heard good reviews of this game, but its all a matter of if you like off-road/rally car races. I think I still have the original Dirt game, but havent even finished it yet.

I figured it was a mistake. But Oh well. I actually love racing games, and I loved Dirt even though I didn't finish it. Mainly because it ran like pewpie on my old rig.

But I was just curious if this was common and it was a "Trick" Lol. But I'm going to keep one and give the other one out.
