On one hand, I usually spend about 250-$350 yearly on games for my console. The steep price is largely because a lot of these are console games because my computer isn't good enought to run the PC counterparts, so I get them on console, A lot of great games are coming out this year but I grow tired of my console.

On the other hand I could save up the money for a new PC (I've heard $700 bare minimum for modern games), but that'll take a LONG time, we're talking about 6 months since I just recently got my social security card and birth certificate. The job market around here isn't what you call healthy and odd jobs aren't stable enough for me to put enought money on the side.

What the hell should I do?

You shouldn't listen to me but you do what you want. But this is what I would do. I would start to save up that's pretty much what I would do is just save up. Again this is my opinion so you don't have to listen to me.

You should cut back on the amount of video games you purchase. Try renting games, or buying less games of course. Save enough until you can get a PC going, then you should be fine.

I know how you feel, I used to play console because my pc was broken but I finally saved up and fixed it. I prefer games on pc for a few reasons, one the player base is much different and two I typically get a different feel and experience out of the same game on the pc than I do on a console. I guess what I'm saying is, listen to what the above people mentioned and save up. Got any friends who like to buy the latest game? One of my friends hasn't bought a new game in about 2 years since he borrows them.
