kit shortcut

so i bought a kit shorcut, how can i activate it in the game?

saw the "View DLC" in steam but while im in game i do not have any unlocks.

He might mean SPECACT.

If you mean SPECACT, then you should be able to Redeem it from the main menu in BC2 using your key if I remember correctly.

If you bought one of the DLCs (vietnam or specact) then go to the game in your steam library and right click it and say show CD Keys. Copy down the cd key for the DLC cause you can't paste in game (stupid...). Then launch the game and go to the multiplayer menu at the top and click on redeem code and type in the CD key. That should give you the DLC.
