Been trying and failing

Photoshop hates me, and tutorials hate me so.
Can you use the following images?

this image can be reduced to any size, also, can you replace the logo in the middle with an Ego logo? Also remove the annoying text at the bottom. Just make the size suitable for a signature ;3.

If this image can be kept a gif (most likely not) add it somewhere in there

Can you use the guy on the right there and make everything blend in with each other ;D? The guy on the left is useless I just wanted the right also, don't include the logo with this picture.

extra: Can you put Mobocracy Panda in it ;3?

If the gif had a transparent background or I had the 32bit version of photoshop instead of 64bit, then I could have implemented it, but if I should do it now it would require me to first remove the background from every frame and then to make the animation timing again.

EDIT: I had accidentaly removed the "y"

EDIT Again: Here is one with the character merging better with the background by giving it the same red glow.
