Can someone tell me what RTV is? (ie RTV to dustbowl)

"RTV" means "rock the vote." If you type "nominate" on Valve Maps you can see a list of maps that you want to play next and can nominate one from the list. Then, by typing "RTV," you can work towards voting for the next map to start.
