Not who, but what is screamo.

It is a type of music with lots of screaming, heavy guitars, and intense drums, probably better known as metal or heavy metal. It would probably make a kid who listens to todays dance/pop stuff poop his pants in shock.
Someone posted a Devil Wears Prada song. Thats a good example.

There's no good music, just different types of music. To say anything less is just ignorant. Music is opinionated, what's bad to me is amazing to other. I could link you ten thousand youtube songs that I think are good, but I doubt you would like them all.
