I know eGO had a competitive server before, but I think it should come back. 12 slots, decent rotation and all weapons, I think plenty of people would play it

What do you guys think?

No simply because before when we had it, it was empty almost all the time. eGO hasn't had the best luck with rotation servers either.

I would play it too, but I dont think many would at all times.

I would love it back, but if it didn't work before, I doubt it would now. And eGO wouldn't benefit as much from it, because it would most likely only be a few core players (probably the eGO scrim team) playing, and wouldn't attract much traffic like the larger pubstyle servers.

I want it back. I never got to try it. Since we get our scrim team going on. We can practice in there without scrimming.

We should have a scrim/10man system :/

We do have scrims, if you would like to scrim just add and ask me, sn0w, Fl!p or Kennyy.

We scrim daily so if we are in need of people we will ask you.

Having an additional server will put stress (lag) onto all the other servers.

We are not going to put it back because several people want to try it.

Sounds harsh? Yes, it is. But equally harsh is causing everybody in Office/High School/Jail etc. to lag because of an additional server.

And for people without amazing internet connections, yes it was that bad. I can speak from personal experience.

I'm assuming they just have a certain amount of memory and dedicate a set amount to each server, so it would have to replace one of our current ones. They get replaced every now and then, and they're always trying out new stuff, but if it failed in the past I doubt they would try it again.

A simple 20 man server, with a choice few maps does sound like a good idea. Easy to populate, easy to manage, but that is just my opinion.

So adding servers slows down others? I dont want my jail experience laggy. I would say just let the scrim server be open, because the only time its open is for scrims. Why not just let eGO members scrim 5v5? It helps with learning the scrim maps, callouts, etc. I would play it, I think most new scrim team members would.

The scrim team server should and probably will remain locked for scrimming purposes, however if you do want to scrim look at my previous post.

Also, you don't need to be scrimming or in a pub to learn maps, just call any scrim team member and ask them if they can teach you spots on a map you are still hazy about.
