First of all I will not use any names this is purely something that I felt was incredibly wrong. This is not about eGO players stacking on one side.
Earlier today in normal mixed, me and some other people were playing and then after a few rounds one team had been winning a lot, then a eGO member joins when a slot opens up on my team that had been losing a lot and almost immediately switches to the team that was winning even though the teams were balanced, then another eGO member joins my losing team and almost immediately joins the winning team. This would not be a problem but the next two rounds on cold war rush were completely and utterly favored towards this team that had been winning, they rolled through every objective in less than 10 minutes and then when we attacked we didn't even make it down the hill. This is not a huge problem but also not the issue, it just causes the issue.
The next map is oasis rush and about half my team quits leaving the teams 16v9. So I asked if anyone wanted to hop over to balance the teams before more people left. No one did, not even the 3 eGO members on the other side. So I wait a few minutes and then ask if any of the eGO members would like to switch to balance the teams, again no response or any switches. So I wait and sure enough people started leaving on the other side which ended being half a full server leaving in the end. It eventually filled back up, but my point is that at least two of the eGO members know our policy to switch over when teams are 16v9, me and the other eGO guys on our team clearly did. Lastly, which really disgusted me is that a few minutes after half the server emptied one of the eGO members on the other side actually mocked me about the teams being imbalanced. This was entirely childish and just plain silly to say given the situation.
I don't mean to cause drama if there is, this is just a heads up to people on how not to act in front of pubs. Thanks for reading all that text if you did, if you didn't then you should and think on it.

A lot of the time I purposely join the losing team because I want to raise my skill level. Playing against a stacked team will really put your head on a swivel. Surprisingly, most of my Ace pins come from playing against better teams; either they're not used to competition, or they're so focused on target practice in the spawn you can kill a whole squad before they realize they've been flanked.
