I used to. I wouldn't recommend it as if you go full F2P, it will be a grindy grindy time around lvl 50+ which was the original end game. Then it becomes a matter of running the same dungeon you can do over and over again to get enough gold to buy better gear or to buy the blasted purified fusion stones through trading with another player. If you don't go F2P prepare to spend around $20 to upgrade one piece of equipment when you really need about 7 pieces for a full new set of gear...It does somethings things right and the modding community makes helpful add ons which you can get with curse but it is still a grindy grindy game, even more so than WoW.
