Latest patch error

hey everyone... today i went to download the new patch and it got to 99% done then it crashed.... i restarted the game and it went through the usual calculating differences and now it crashes at 33% on the util.dll file.. i have just completed a installation and its the samething... any ideas?? does riot even check to see if their new patches work before releasing them? any help or insight would be great..

The best way is to uninstall and make sure everything is gone. Then redownload the game and you should be fine.

so i did removed it and reinstalled it... it didnt work.... kinda pissed.... cause this laptop is barely good enough to play LoL... let alone any other games..llol.. grrrrr.... it seems to crash at the Util.dll file.... anyone have any ideas??
