No, not best scores, but best games. im talking about those close long hard fought battles. what was yours?
i just had the best game (defined as closest, funnest, even..est) in probably months, and i wanted to share it with others. it wasn't my best game, and certainly not some of my teammates, but it was epic.
it started with rumble and i at bottom vs singed/MK, nidalee vs kennen mid, nunu jungle, GP vs cait and vayne top (lol). yes top got destroyed, but gp called it and didn't wanna change, he did get some decent help from nunu however.
after top tower got destroyed they split up too, usually running 3 bot and 2 mid and sometimes going back to top to push it back again. this allowed GP to get his farm in, it allowed us to get level advantages in the other lanes etc and worked out pretty great for us.
i got FB on MK (of course...im f'in poppy) and our nidalee did quite well vs kennen (of course, shes f'in nidalee). our nunu wasn't the greatest, but it was obviously they had far more map control than us due to wards etc.
once team fights started happening it was all over for them. we won probably every team fight whether it was at dragon, baron etc. we got most dragons, all the barons, and usually had every lane pushed to the brink. team fights consisted of nunu trying to take the focus, or me initiating with my ult and bringing people to their knees. i would kill vayne and caitlyn almost instantly with my massive burst. GP would help out with that too, and with nunu/rumbles ults they were pretty much motionless in the fray of things.
one time i actually 2 shot vayne. ult, Q, was at like 100 hp, then auto attack and kaboom. bad thing was now my ult is gone, but i ate an orange and it was k.
on their side singed of course was causing some havoc for us, really keep us back letting vayne/cait use their range. kennen wasn't much issue, nor was MK except his annoying knockup.
things got down to the wire, we had an inhib down at one point which just recently resurrected. they had an inhib tower down but never got the inhib itself. we decided to rush up and bd that inhib, at the time of running towards it we noticed they were doing the same thing - BASE RACE.
we could have easily won this base race considering nidalees lich bane, my atk pow/trin procs etc, nunus atk spd buff, nidalees atk spd buff, GPs atk damage buff and his auto attacks etc, but our GP decided to back.
GP promptly died, and we ended up losing the base race by having their last nexus turret down to like 5 hp before it was over.
