Please play HoN

Hey everybody,

I'm really sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, but I'm trying to generate some interest in the game Heroes of Newerth. It's a game that's similar to LoL, but very different. It's the true descendent of the DotA mod in warcraft 3. If you are interested, at all, in playing HoN, then I would like to direct your attention to the HoN forum in the RTS section.

Also, a side note, you can currently by HoN online for $10, which is 20 less than it usually is. It's a ONE TIME, non-reoccurring fee.

So if you own HoN, or are interested in HoN, please go to the forum. I'm trying to get some weekly games/events going and would love any and all participation.

Ive played them both, (Hon when it was free, LoL i have a lvl 30)

HoN stays true to how Old DoTA was, While LoL improves on aspects that people thought were necessary. They're different games with different strategies to them.

well you should play more. i'll play with you, and even help if you if you need it. for example, starting next saturday there is going to be a weekly HoN game w/only eGO members. Join us at 12pm PST, 3pm EST

Making HoN Free was a smart move, but its too late imo, its going to be VERY hard to drag people from LoL to HoN now.

the idea wasn't to take people from LoL. In all honesty, the games are so different that people should be able to play both. Theh real point was to just get more people to play period.
