Well, I downloaded it, played it and uninstalled it. The movement is very buggy, the sounds are terrible, graphics are sub-par. Definitely not my cup of tea.

You have to get used to the movement but once you do you will find this is the best realistic source mod ever created (sorry INS but it's true). I must disagree about the sound as I find it very impressive. This is a very good update and the iron site glitch seems to be fixed and I found the game as a whole seemed very polished. The only criticism I have is they should have released this through Steam.

I have to disagree about the graphics, the graphics are very good for a source mod. After all, it isn't going to have the graphics of most games today as it is only a mod. The gun glitches are almost non-existent (they still happen just not all the time). The new sounds for the BAR are very well done. I love them. Just give it more time. Don't play a game once and quit.

I don't think I could get used to the movement. It was just way too glitchy for me. As far as the sounds go, they sounded very tinny with way too much treble and what's up with the sound when you walk/run? Sounds like you are wearing winter survival boots on a dry, cracked desert floor. I'm very big on good graphics and sounds, even if the gameplay is good. I like my eye candy and in my own opinion, this mod just isn't up to my standards.

The initial impression of a game to me is very important. That's why I've only played about 15 minutes of COD: BO.
