Portal 2 Problem

[PloxBox]

My GF keeps getting this error whenever it gets to the main menu.

" Server Game DLL -> DLL INIT () Failed "

She just bought it yesterday, and it has given her this error from the start.
She has reinstalled twice now, and it is still giving her this error.

Any idea on how to fix it?
