Uploading issue

[Cyberia]

I get an error whenever I try to upload a picture for an Avatar, Profile Pic or signature. Hence the ASCII troll face.

If I click upload I get : Unable to move/copy file
And If I click from URL I get : Upload failed due to failure writing temporary file.

Is this a website issue or is it just me?
