Jeez, that medal on the right is for spending 100 hours on the US army alone! Wish this game would come out already, the alpha made me crave it
 
I simply can't wait for BF3. Why can't EA just make it an open Beta, they would get so many more different reports since more people would play. I'm going to playing this gam efor along time I bet!

yea BF2142 had ribbons and badges that were awarded after spending tons of time in a vehicle or team. like spending 200 hours in an AA gun

Edit: Also it appears as if they will definitely be differentiating AA rocket launchers and AT launchers for engineers to use!

I wish they'd leave the easy stuff (like 7 kills with an assault rifle, etc.) as pins like in BC2, and make the ribbons the really REALLY hard to get/cool stuff, like 100 hrs in US army, 1000 kills with assault rifles, etc. Like in BF2.

But hey, it'll be great none-the-less.
 
i think ill need to uninstall all other games i have so i can get close to even half of the awards.. lol
 
i understand you guys are really interested in sharing views in the new bf3.
please be carefully what information you give out this against the terms and condition of being an alpha tester to talk about the game or publish things from the game.

you should please refrain from doing so for now.
