TF2 Highlander Match Tonight!

At 9:00 CT tonight eGO will be hosting a TF2 highlander match on the event server. Wilson and I will be hosting the event, and it's first-come first-serve. That means if you want to play right away you need to be one of the first 16 people in the server. Anybody else who wants to play will have to sit in spec. and wait their turn (more to come about this detail later). All the rules will be explained before the first match.

P.S. We will also be hosting a competitive sniper versus sniper tournament at the same time on Saturday night, and the winner(s) of this event will be given prizes.

It's a 9v9 match with a restriction of one of each class allowed. It's pretty much the essence of what TF2 was supposed to be.

What you're not going to see tonight is "SPAMBOWL" (Dustbowl) or "WHO HAS TO MORE HEAVIES AND MEDICS-ary" (Granary). It's going to be balanced.

Really? I would think at worst it would just be regular mesa, which is far from terrible. Did people take it too seriously?
