StarWars The Old Republic Meeting

We would also like to take a moment to hear what Old Republic activities people would like to take part in. With this in mind, we are calling a meeting for anyone who is interested in supporting this game with Edgegamers.

There is a one hour limit for this meeting with an anticipated 15-30 minutes of Q&A.

basiclly a discussion, who is pre-ordering the game, what people posted on youtube and then get it removed 2 hours later, talked about what type of server, and start hosting star wars related events

Well last I heard from Jedi the clans were going to be on a pvp server. I'm hoping this is still the case because I want to be able to pew pew a enemy no matter where they may be =p

Just for my household: We aren't interested in PvP much at all in the MMO games.

Don't get me wrong, I love blasting holes in people in COD, but any MMO we have for the most part, steered clear of the 'people' (I use that term loosely, as most any other average PvPer name I would rather use would get me kicked clean out here) who do nothing more than to gank while trying to level. That gets on my last nerve. There's a place for PvP, and IMO not while rtying to first start learning your character/abilities/other things. I'll do that when I am good and leveled.

Im with Amodin on this. I have played both pvp and pve servers over the last so many years and prefer my pvp on battlefields, not cause some guy has self esteem issues and feels that because im not being escorted through a few levels cause i feel like a little solo play that i am fair game to his vendetta against the world.

Was there a discussion on Guild Phase 2 in SWTOR? Just heard about it in a pod cast where I guess we chose alignments with other guilds in SWTOR...just curious

And it's not just a positive alignment, you can also choose an adversarial guild. I nominate eGO Empire. Those treacherous fools know not who they are dealing with.
