I would actually disagree. By complete pack I assume we are talking about COH and Opposing Fronts and Tales? I really liked all three, but I wouldn't pay 50 for them all (if that's how much it is). COH and Opposing have really good campaigns, and although I liked Tales it didn't add much to that front. I payed like 12 for everything on steam when it was on sale. If you don't mind paying the money, then they're all good additions and it's a great base game. But, it might not be a bad idea to just get normal COH, cause the campaign does take some time anyway, and just wait for the next Steam sale to get the expansions.
