Security Shades Crafting?

July 1, 2011 Patch
The Security Shades were added in game.

July 12, 2011 [Item server update]
The item can now be used in crafting.

July 18, 2011 Patch
The item can now be crafted.

does anyone know how to craft these bad boys? these + my heavy duty bandana would go primo.

First time hearing this.
I just asked this unusual hat server and nobody knows.

They can be crafted but not specifically, you can rebuild 2 hats and you MAY have the chance of finding one (dont get your hopes up). Or you can craft a heavy class token and 4 refined for a chance at getting one random heavy hat/misc. So right now it really just makes more sense for you to look around for someone willing to trade them to you for around 2 refined metal.
