Remembering the Chain of Command

Lately our CS:S council members have been getting a lot of messages like "Can I be an admin" or "Can you please lift this ban" or "How do I become an event coordinator".

A lot of these issues can be handled by Advisors and Division Leaders. Please make sure to follow the chain of command when contacting a member of CS:S Leadership. When you contact the correct person your issue often gets handled much faster than it would if you messaged a council member directly.

Below is a list of which Advisor/Division Leader you should contact for certain situations:

I have a question regarding Jail Maps or a general Zombie Mod question. Who do I talk to?

Answer: Rogue Sniper

I have a question about upcoming events or I want to suggest new event maps. Who do I talk to?

Answer: Christy

I have a question about Jail gameplay rules or I would like to discuss a hacking demo that I need reviewed. Who do I talk to?

Answer: Cryptex

I have a question about a ban on myself or someone else or I need to know about admin training. Who do I talk to?

Answer: Bigredking

I have a question about the scrim team and how I might join. Who do I talk to?

Answer: Fart Vader

I want to help with recruiting, but I don't know how to get started. Who do I talk to?

Answer: The Judge

I can imagine that the last thing council needs are questions about something that an Advisor, DL or maybe even an O can answer. I know council members are pretty busy, and these other leadership members are here to help you, so use them and try not to go to council unless you have to

Also, nobody should be asking Leadership about how to get promoted. for that, feel free to ask G's and O's about how they got promoted. Or, just play in the servers, have fun, and be active on forums/vent. Leave the Leadership to the stuff Leadership has to do
