Ok, so I've been using the replay editor a lot, but recently, it's bugged out on me.
The deathnotices don't appear, crits don't appear, my weapon sound doesn't show up when I hit someone the little *Bing* sound.

I've tried deleting everything, and reinstalling, but it saves all of the games settings. I've tried removing it from the steam cloud, but didn't work. I even reinstalled my computer. And guess what? It didn't work. Does anyone know any console codes to get my hud back to the factory default or something? If I have to lose my items I really don't care. I just want the game to be fixed. Please, someone help me.

Hmm, try disabling the hit sounds, then joining, a server and then re-enabling it. In the meantime, I'll go see if you reset everything.

De-select the option to sync your settings with Steam Cloud. Then, set the settings the way you like it, then resync with Steam Cloud.

What was happening was that as soon as you reinstalled and logged into TF2, the Steam Cloud reloaded your old setting and it got all f-ed up again.

Mine's never had the killfeed or the ding sound :/

See, mine used to, but now it doesn't. I heard that it's not supposed to have it, but why would they suddenly take it out of the replay feature? On the steam support website, in the images related to Replays, the screenshots show the killfeed, so I'm not sure. As of now I'm just using demos recorder.
