How much IP is he. I cant check because i have been having difficulties with my laptop. Haven't been able to play LoL for a while. I've been waiting for skarner ever since E3. Im going to buy him as soon as my laptop is fixed

Skarner isn't very good. He gets out jungled by almost every conceivable jungler

He will be buffed soon, hopefully. He's still very fun to play, even though he is a little under powered
