Resistance and Liberation help and suggestions

Hello fellas..ive been playing loads of resistance and liberation and our server has had alot of ppl on it...not populated 24/7 but much much more since 1.6 dropped...i rarely if at all see admins on this server..which leaves me to be the bad guy to ppl who play our servers and who pretty much do w/e they want..ive already banned 3 people which makes me sad since it such a small community (this after several warnings and kicks..i hate banning people)...so seeing regulars on it would be super awesome...and to populate our server more could we possibly add a rock the vote option to our server? ive seen alot of ppl try to use it and leave the server because it was a unpopular map and didnt want to wait the 40 mins to finish it..be a nice option to attract moar ppl to our server and hopefully keep them there..so more admins and maybe a RTV options would be awesome...thanks!! :thumbup:

Well if I see that the server is empty I usually dont connect , I know I can start dust 2 much better , but if I see you on , I'll connect and help you out

You have to go to resistanceandliberation.com then go to downloads and get the 1.5 -> 1.6 patch. Download and install.
