This was my first bike...before it got stolen :( Damn proud of my first bike too. Learned how to tear the bike down and repair the whole thing (minus the actual engine ._.). If I ever get the chance, I would buy another in a heartbeat.

After my WRR got stolen, I got this guy used. All major performance mods already done and tuned for enduros. Not the prettiest bike, but pretty fun everywhere.

Bike Year:2004
Model: Kawasaki Vulcan 2000
Eng size:2053cc
Pipes:Cobra Shorties
Seat:Mustang

Accessories:

I'm not going to try to list all the little things I've replaced on the bike with after market chrome parts. Most you can see in the pics...

And the story:

I wanted a "sleek" bike that people would stop and stare at. Something that stands out from the crowd. Something..well..different than what everybody else was ridding.

However, I wanted something that was also comfortable to ride and was also dependable. A kick ass bike that was at the same time practical. That ruled out all of those "custom" choppers.

Soo, I bought this bike new in 05. The dealer had a left over 04 model and made me a sweet deal on it. I've spent the next few years slowly "molding" it. And I'm still working on it. I don't think I'll ever finish "tweaking" it.

Before it even left the shop, I had the cobra pipes, Thunder Tornado Intake and a Power Commander installed.

I changed out the mirrors, moved the license plate to the side, removed all the light bars and installed LED blinkers. That really "streamlined" the bike.

Last year I installed a LED rear tail light that has integrated turn signals. That allowed me to remove the rear blinkers totally.

In early 07 I bought the mustang seats. Really helped my butt on those longer rides. (Remember the "practical" statement from above.)

I added the Rivco Air Horn a few years ago. It's actually kind of cool. I have a blast..well..blasting it.

I installed the sound system just a few weeks ago. The speakers are pretty darn good Polk ones, powered by a 600 watt amp. I've got a blue tooth receiver hooked up to it that syncs with my phone. This way i don't have to mount a phone/mp3 player anywhere. The blue tooth is also hooked up to a usb charger in installed, so it's always got power.

I have 48 red LED lights scattered around on the bike. It really looks nice at night. It's hard to capture that in pictures though..

I really like the color. It's a dark metallic maroon (ponch calls it root beer). In certain light, it really sparkles. I tried to capture that with the "grass" pictures.

I really want to replace the pulley. As anybody who has a vn2000 will tell ya, getting after market parts can be really difficult. Not a lot of people have this bike....

The fat man in the picture is me. The sexy blonde is my fiancee. The city in the back ground (in some of the pictures) is Galveston Texas.

All pictures were taking this weekend.

(The little bag I have on the back of the bike is a "concession" I did for the misses. She needed someplace to put her stuff...)

I really do like this bike.

125 cubic inch engine. I've had it to 145mph and still had throttle left, and had zero vibrations.

(no, not as fast a a sports bike, but darn fast for a cruiser)

I'd forgotten I even had those pics up there. Thanks for the compliment.

I put the "knife" to the bike this past 9 or 10 months. It's changed a LOT.

I need to take some better pics. This was with my cell phone this weekend.

I'm kind of partial to it.. 125cubic inches of pure mayhem.

This bike brings out the Cromagnum in me; chest thumping, poo flinging, grab the woman and throw her over my shoulders...

By day, I'm a mild mannered software engineer; sitting in my design meetings explaining to scrubs how to do things.

On the weekends, I enjoy ridding this bike. It stops being a motorcycle. It turns into some sort of demon-spawn monster.

You can hear it yelling from a mile away. Old ladies cower in fear, thinking it's the Apocalypse and one of the four horseman. Young women start to throw undergarments at you (and some men also!).

Old bike: This is my 99' YZ125. I used to race moto x back in the day but ended up getting hurt pretty bad and I sold the bike. I also had a 06' KX250 but I can't find any pics.

Current bike: Okay, don't laugh lol. This is my new hog, it's a 2007 Specialized Rockhopper Comp Disc. 302 Tora Fork w Mavic CrossRide wheels. After getting hurt on my dirt bikes, I figured I go back to doing some mountain biking since I probably wont get hurt as bad.

After the bike's first 300 mile ride back home to my trailer.

My Suzuki C50 (800cc) is on left, been through hell and back, ate asphalt 7 times, cleaned 2 ditches, and slaughtered a deer in the middle of Texas forest.

2006 C50T: HardKrome Pipes, would recommend to any C50 rider.

My new 2006 Honda VTX 1300C on the right, fully stock, will change in near future.

New Picture.

It's kind of difficult to take a picture in the direct sunlight. Bike is too shiny :P
