2 things that will get me to buy it before it comes out:
a) Confirmed 64 Player Maps with 64(minus x amount of humans) AI (Bots) so if I wanna go Co-Op @ lans with friends I can
b) its on Steam, not Origin. Sorry but I prefer a Digital Distribution System that has been stable for years not something that was thrown up to replace EAs DLM/EA Digital Store

but OT hopefully its not like BF2 where the maps were huge but you wouldnt really see all 32 of other team, more like 10

Even if you buy it brick&mortar, EA still requires you to install and use their Origin service to play the game.

I was all ticked off about the no steam too. But I used/had to use origin in the alpha and it was fine. It doesn't stop you in any way from running both origin and steam. Or you can set it to just log into origin when you want. So it is not as big a deal as people are making it out to be. There is zero difference between origin and battle.net for WoW and how Diablo III will be. Now that I have put some thought into it and using it i get how the way that Battlelog works and all that. It would not have worked in steam the way steams rules are right now. I guarantee you the new CoD statracking thing that is like battlelog will be the same and not work with steam integration. So just get used to it at this point it isn't going away. I am not gonna miss what I think will be the best fps in the last 10 years because i am pissy that it is not on steam.

In my opinion, origin isn't that bad. I'm not saying that it's the best thing since sliced bread, but it's not really all that big of a deal. I've already pre-ordered, played the alpha, and I've never really use it other than those occasions. Depending on the give/take on a game, I'm willing to compromise and buy a great game if the developers are able to execute the things that they've brought to the table. All I can say now is that I can't wait for the game's release.
