On the stream, my fps will mimic my in-game fps (10-20 fps) and then will lock itself down at three. Is this because of the 500kbps limit?

How does this help his question?

What do you mean by 500kbps limit? Are you referring to your download and upload speed?
Go to speedtest.net and test out your connection.

What game are you trying to stream? When you stream you do get a performance hit. So this may also be your computer not being able to handle the game and or stream at the same time. Since you didn't say which game your streaming, we can only assume it's a stressful game. If you're getting that many fps in CSS since you're in the CSS div. Might want to look into running a custom config file.

Dr. Doctor,

Are you using FMLE or Procaster? The 500kbps limit is only with FMLE, not Procaster. Simply trying to narrow down the field of variables in play.
