Help with Starting Cod4

Hey i keep getting this message when i start up call of duty 4
I will give up to 1500 casino points

Right click your COD4 icon and select properties. Now Make sure the target points to an .exe in your main COD4 directory. I don't really know what it is but it should be something like C:\ProgramFiles\Activision\CallOfDuty4

Has it started before? Is this a fresh install?

Also, how are you trying to start CoD4? Using Xfire to launch it? Steam?

where is the directory and are you sure that all the files needed are in the place it should be?
it looks like your missing some files.

If you downloaded from Steam, go to your Steam library and right click CoD4 and then click "Properties", "Local files", then click Verify Game Cache, or something like that. That checks the game files for corruption.
