Razer set to bring a line of BF3 products

I got myself a razer mousepad(forgot the name) and its bf3 collector edition

Been using the razer mamba mouse and kabuto mousepad for a while now. Absolutely love it. I credit the mamba's precision over my last generic mouse for a big improvement in my sniping.

Being able to shift the dpi on the fly between flying the apache (highest dpi to fling it around) and sniping (dpi pretty low for steadiness) rocks.

Would love to hear how that Black Widow works out. A lot of reviews at newegg sound negative but if my g110 dies at some point, the black widow would be one of my first choices.

One note about their software. Once installed, have a look at Task Manager. I noticed my razer software seemed to be using 25% of my CPU at all times, even at idle. I killed the tray icon, and recovered those cpu cycles. Mouse still works and shifts just fine as the driver isn't affected and they unload their programming onto the mouse itself (I think).

Anyway, enjoy the new toys!

ps. question on the Black Widow if you have time at some point. Is the headphone and mic jack just a pass through? The g110 apparently includes a mini-soundcard instead of a straight pass-through for some completely inexplicable reason. Means I can't use them as there's no way to get enough volume out of it. Had I known that ahead of time I wouldn't have bought it.

I'm running a black widow and love it. Very responsive, takes hardly anything to press the keys down. Only down part about is it's a very loud keyboard when you type. Aside from how loud it is when I type it's a great keyboard. As for the sound card I don't see anything on the net about it being internal and I'm pretty sure it just passes it through. I would test but I use a USB headset. Check amazon often got mine for $40 on there a month ago.

Other products look nice but I have a steel series mouse that does dpi on the fly so don't need another mouse.
