Borderlands 2 concept ideas so far...

So I decided to open up an email from Game Informer (even tho I dont subscribe to their magazines cause its generally a waste of time & money most of the time) & its main article was about Borderlands 2's Gunzerker. I like what they are doing with this Gunzerker idea & wonder how well itll play when they start getting more of the game going.

That guy looks like a force of explosive nature. And duel-weilding rocket launchers and sniper riffles? wow - that will be intense! I'm still holding out hope that we can bring in our characters from the first Borderlands, but from what I'm reading, the original characters only appear as NPC's in Borderlands 2.



So far I've heard cloud saves, on-line split-screen, and a release 'sometime' in 2K's fiscal year 2012.



Here's the video of 2K Games broadcast from GamesCom on 8/19/2011(it got uploaded in 2 videos, sorry). Before hand, 2K had said actual gameplay would be shown. NO GAMEPLAY WAS SHOWN.

Yeah it really sounds like they're trying to make the sequel better than the first one. I can't wait to dual wield some of the really strong shotguns. It would be nice if we could import our character from the first game.
 
Looks like an awesome character and I can't wait for the game since I loved Borderlands. I'm looking forward to reading about the other classes.
 
hol up, he can always duel wield or only for like 30 seconds?
 
2K did an awesome job with the first Borderlands. Espicially the DLC for it, too. Can't wait!
