The Inception door has caused me to die and witness many deaths in my time. We need a death penalty for that door.
 
foxriver kills like 5 at a time and therefore won my vote
 
Inception still wins in my books, killing both CT's with the control room doors and T's with the hallway doors, sometimes at the same time.
 
Molyneux or however you spell it. The Door in Heal (Kiss of Death), You don't even have to close it, you touch it you die.
 
I think I've only played on FoxRiver once, so can't say it's the deadliest.

Prison Break armory door would have to be the deadliest, I would die 3/10 times walking through it when CT spawn. I always stay back so I don't die.
 
Yeah, im pretty sure ive been killed by all of these at least once lol. but mostly the Inception door. that door is a beast!
